The product

One suite. One login. One bill.

Lyto isn’t seven tools you integrate — it’s one system that happens to have seven surfaces. Everything shares a customer record, an AI budget and a sign-in, and every plan includes all of it.

One login

A single sign-in carries you across every app and org — no password per tool.

One shared customer

Win a deal in Pipeline and the customer already exists in Sum, Tally and Solve. No re-entry, no sync tool.

One AI budget

Every app draws from a single org-wide pool. You reason about one number, not seven meters.

One notification feed

One aggregate feed across the suite, with a badge per app — not an inbox per tool.

Pipeline Solve Sum Workstream Tally Pulse Workspace

Pipeline

CRM · Live

A sales pipeline that updates itself from real activity — no manual dropdowns.

The problem: SMB CRMs are either toys or a Salesforce-grade setup tax, and the tax small teams pay first is data entry.

  • Lead → prospect → customer status is derived from real activity: attach a deal and a lead becomes a prospect; win it and they become a customer.
  • One kanban pipeline per org with editable stages and a full deal timeline — multiple pipelines is where SMB-CRM bloat begins, so there is one.
  • Smart dedup keeps each contact once, with a merge tool for the strays.

AI On Grow, Pipeline AI summarises a relationship, drafts the follow-up email, suggests the next step and extracts details you paste in.

Solve

Helpdesk · Live

Email helpdesk with SLA timers and a grounded AI that abstains rather than guesses.

The problem: Every SMB helpdesk locks SLAs, routing and AI resolution behind a per-seat upsell small teams can’t justify.

  • Email ticketing, SLA clocks, macros, CSAT surveys and full-text search — on every plan, not gated upstairs.
  • A per-customer dossier is the primary object: a request lives inside the relationship, not a pile of disconnected tickets.
  • The auto-reply engine answers only from your own knowledge base, cites its sources, and says “I don’t know” instead of inventing an answer.

AI The grounded auto-reply engine is included on every plan.

Sum

Invoicing & costs · Rolling out

Client invoicing, expenses and cash-flow visibility — no accountant required.

The problem: Getting paid and knowing what a job costs usually means a bookkeeper or a second accounting subscription.

  • Client invoicing, expenses, budgets and cash-flow views in one place.
  • Receives one-click handoffs from Tally — approved hours become draft invoices, subcontractor hours become vendor bills.
  • Multi-currency with FX snapshots, so the numbers hold when you bill across borders.

AI On Grow, Sum AI flags anomalies, suggests entries, reads bills with OCR, writes a monthly digest and helps reconcile.

Workstream

Tasks · Live

A visual to-do engine with clear ownership — no sprints, no story points.

The problem: Small teams don’t need Jira sprints and story points; they need clear ownership and visible progress.

  • Assign tasks and see the whole team’s progress at a glance.
  • Progress is derived from status, not a manual percentage you have to keep honest.
  • Sprints are opt-in and orthogonal — there when you want them, never forced.

AI Seed includes Workstream’s built-in assistant actions.

Tally

Time tracking · Live

Log billable hours against clients and projects, then send them straight to Sum.

The problem: Consultants need billable hours tied to clients, projects and rates — and into invoices without double entry.

  • Log billable and non-billable hours against clients → projects → tasks; admins approve weekly timesheets.
  • Retainer, fixed-fee and time-and-materials projects, multi-currency, with effective-dated billing rates.
  • One-click handoff to Sum turns approved work into invoices; leave and allowances live here too.

AI Seed includes Tally AI: quick-add, description polish and tag suggestions.

Pulse

Reporting · Built

Company health — revenue, output, satisfaction — in a single view, no BI tool.

The problem: A small team can’t afford a BI tool or an analyst just to see whether the business is healthy.

  • One view of company health: revenue, output and satisfaction, without a BI stack.
  • Reads across the suite — Workstream activity, Pipeline’s sold-to-served-to-revenue, Sum’s revenue — through an isolated analytics surface.
  • Metrics, goals and growth reporting for the person who has to answer “how are we doing?”.

Workspace

Hub & admin · Live

One sign-in to every app, plus team, billing and security in one place.

The problem: Juggling a dozen logins and access-management chaos is the small-team tax nobody signed up for.

  • An app hub: one sign-in, every Lyto app, an app library and an org switcher.
  • Owns account and org admin — team and invitations, billing, security and MFA, notifications, privacy.
  • One per-seat billing surface and the single org-wide AI budget for the whole suite.

Questions about the suite

Is Lyto one app or seven?

Both, by design. Lyto is one system with seven surfaces — Pipeline (CRM), Solve (helpdesk), Sum (invoicing), Workstream (tasks), Tally (time tracking), Pulse (reporting) and Workspace (the hub). They share one login, one customer record and one org-wide AI budget, so they behave as a single product rather than seven tools you wire together.

Are all seven apps included on every plan?

Yes. Both Seed (€10 per seat per month billed annually) and Grow (€19 per seat per month billed annually) include all seven apps and every core feature. The plans differ only by team size and AI allowance — never by which apps you are allowed to open. There is no per-app add-on and no feature locked upstairs.

Can I use just one Lyto app, like only the CRM?

You can — nothing forces you to switch all seven on at once. The payoff comes from the shared customer record: win a deal in Pipeline and that customer already exists in Sum, Tally and Solve, so the more of the suite you use, the less re-entry and syncing you do. You pay the same per-seat price either way.

Which apps are available today?

Pipeline, Solve, Workstream, Tally and Workspace are live; Sum (invoicing) is rolling out and Pulse (reporting) is built and coming online. Every plan includes the whole suite as each app lands — coverage grows without changing your per-seat price, and we log every change publicly in the changelog.
