Cancelling your subscription is now a single click inside Workspace, with no “are you sure?” modal, no retention offer, and no support ticket. The button does exactly what it says. A trial you cancel is never charged, and your data stays exportable after you leave.

Solve’s auto-reply engine drafts answers only from your own knowledge base, and cites the source article for every claim. When the answer isn’t in your docs, it abstains and hands the conversation to a human rather than inventing a confident-sounding wrong reply. Six safety gates run before anything is sent.

Once a weekly timesheet is approved in Tally, its billable hours hand off to Sum as a draft invoice in one click — the client, project and rate travel with them, so nothing is re-typed. Subcontractor hours flow the same way into vendor bills. Because both apps share one customer record, the client is already there.

Tally now tracks leave alongside billable time: request and approve time off, set per-person allowances, and read the whole team’s booked leave on one grid. Approved leave shows up next to logged hours, so capacity for the week is one screen instead of a spreadsheet.

AI across Lyto now draws from a single, org-wide budget instead of a separate meter in every app. You reason about one number — what the team spends on AI — not seven. New AI features inherit the same pool as they ship. Admins see usage as a share of the plan’s ceiling; members see how many actions are left today.

Nobody enjoyed dragging a “60% done” slider, so we removed it. Task progress in Workstream is now read straight from status — move an item to In progress or Done and the rollups update themselves. Ownership stays clear, and the numbers can’t drift out of sync with reality.
